This belt has been sitting in my draft folder for half a year.
One day I had a wild idea. What if I did a calf-hair cowprint version of our Double Buckle belt? The Double Buckle already is quite the statement, so adding another eye-catching and bold element to it isn't normally my style. But, I couldn't get it out of my head. I asked my manufacturer for a sample, and wow. The instant I saw this belt, I was in love.
I've spent months testing this belt, testing how well the calf-hair stayed, testing how many ways I could style this belt, testing people's reactions.
This belt was a certified knockout. I got stopped at the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in Fort Worth — of all places — the boutique owner asking where I got my belt. It kept happening, everywhere I wore it. When my Aussie friend asked me to ship her one in Sydney, I knew this belt was a winner.
You know that feeling when you put something on and suddenly it's the whole outfit? That's this belt.
But, I had just moved over to selling on my own website and was (and still am!) in the beginning stages of creating winning ads and building an audience. I had to first work on marketing my current designs before launching anything new.
Now, I'm ready for more, confident enough to launch more designs.
